Only last row in databand is printed on last page

I have a problem printing a data band with the parameter Only Last Page set.

If report is multiple pages, with that parameter (Print on Only Last page and Print at bottom is True), the first row in the data band will not be printed on the last page.

Multiple pages, this is on the last page (Attachments: Last_PAge_Multiple_Pages.png)

One page, this is on the page (Attachments: Last_Page_One_Page.png)

The result I aim for: to print all rows in the data band only on the last page.

How can I fix this?

There is no data in your mrt file. You can move the data to resources by clicking on the move to resource button.

That solution is not going to work for me. I don't want a page break after Footer_Min_SubTotal always. if there is enough space on the first page, I want the 'footer' bands printed on the first page. Only if there are so many lines on the data band, then I want a page break (that is working fine), my only problem is that there is a line missing in band Data_Min_BtwUitsplitsing.
