Chart error on sorting by datetime field

Hello,

I upgraded from 2010.1 to 2010.3 and I'm having a problem with a report with a chart. The chart has the property "Sort" by a datetime field in the datasource and I'm getting the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" at runtime. If I remove the sort it works again. Note that is not the "Sort by" property in the series.

This report was working in previous versions.
