WEB/DESKTOP designer difference in summary=>databand

Hello,
There is a difference between the WEB/DESKTOP designers when adding a count to a GroupHeaderBand in the Summary tab.
In Desktop designer, I can find the GroupHeaderBand1 as below

In Web designer, I can not find it (although I can write it, and it works)

attached is a project for the issue (you can find that field on the GroupHeaderBand on the right)

Should I enable an option for that?
