Create new report from packed template

Hi,

This is a minor, it would be great if create new report can load templates saved as packed report. Currently, it can recognise packed templates but it can't open it.

I use report.SavePackedReport(filename) to pack and report.LoadPackedReport(filename) to open it.

Problem solved. Patch will be available in build from 9 April.
