Could you assist me in resolving my issue? I've been generating reports with columns that utilize lists, but I'm currently faced with the challenge of creating a report that involves two lists.
I will be sharing an example of a report I've been working on, which includes a single list, as well as an example of the desired outcome involving two lists.

I would like it to be as shown in the example below. I apologize for the report data being in Portuguese.
(By coincidence, in the first line, the number of areas matched the number of people, but this might not necessarily be the case.)

Unfortunately, we do not exactly understand your data structure to provide a specific solution.
You can use the master with two details on Panels to show two lists.
