In my report, the chart is located on the page, next to data. I have the Locked property set to True. Whenever I move other items on the page, however, the chart snaps into the nearest band. How do I stop it from snapping into the band and keep it truly locked? (See video for example.)
I have already attached a sample .mrt and data.
