Report Viewer -Print to PDF not working

A customer has been using Stimulsoft reporting for a number of months. Today it was reported they could not longer use Print To PDF in the Report Viewer. Their network was updated to current versions of Chrome. It does not raise an error so nothing helpful there, but nothing happens when you choose that option. The browser debugger also does not report any errors.You can choose Print with Preview and Print without Preview and the pdf options work there. You can Save as a pdf and you can Send mail with report as a pdf attachment. You simply cannot use the Print->Print As PDF option.

I have confirmed this is true for Chrome v80.xxx.xxx and the new Edge Browser. The old version of Edge worked until it updated this morning.

I have confirmed that this problem is not isolated to a particular server. The same app on different servers have the same issue.

My customer liked the ease of Print to PDF and would like to see it work again. Everything seems to be pointing to the Report Viewer.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a fix to the issue? Is there something I need to update, etc?

Please clarify which version are you use?

Also, please try to check the last release build. Was the issue with printing in Chrome v.77 that was fixed after 2019.3 release.

Same problem here using Chrome v131.0.6778.86, it keeps loading preview forever.
