ISSUE WITH EPSON PRINTER

I try to print to Epson-FX-890 printer.
The font of the mrz report is Arial.
The size of the font on the printing document doesn't match to Arial font.
I try different fonts in the mrz but its doesn't work.

The driver are up to date and the printing of pdf, or word document is working fine.

We need more information regarding the issue.
You print from the standard viewer or from DotMatrix viewer?

The size of the font on the printing document doesn't match to Arial font.

Could you, please clarify? It the font bigger or smaller?

Hello,

We have checked the issue and found no problems with printing.
Could you, please check your printer settings.
If the issue is still present, please send to us a mrt file with data, which reproduce the issue, for analysis.
