Report groups are not working

I am having issue when I enter parameter it work fine see Image (

The issue comes in when no parameter provided the second group doesn't stay with respective report see report pdf (

The section of cash, eftpos and change goes to end of the report for each invoice rather showing for each invoice after Total as When parameter provided.

I have attached the report .mrt file (

Sorry, maybe we did not exactly understand your question.
Could you explain your issue in more detail?

If you view report in designer it shows that it has 2 groups. Now when I run the report by passing parameter value both groups are printed correctly.
However, when I print report without passing parameter value my stored procedures return multiple invoice data. Due to which first group is on separate on each page however the second group doesn't come on each page.
The second group for all reports just prints on the last page of the report.
If you see PDF you will notice that the issue is the second group (Cash, EFTPOS and Change) is printed on the last page of the report. I wanted both groups to print per page per invoice.
