Adding space after headers

My report has a ReportTitleBand for the first page and a PageHeaderBand for any subsequent pages. Both headers have a bottom border (single line). I want a little blank space after the bottom border on all pages. I added a ChildBand and set the height which creates a space after the ReportTitleBand, So far, so good. But I can't seem to be able to do the same for the PageHeaderBand. I need a space there as well.

How?
