PDF417 Hidden Ascii char not rendering when I run report

I have a report that uses a PDF417 bar code. We have the encoding mode to Byte and the process Tilde to True. Here is the string from my Expression Editor.

WHen I click on Preview and print labels everything is working. When I upload the file to our server it is showing the Tilde's and the ascii code. I am using version 2025.2.4 for the program and we have the same version on our servers to render the program. I am in hopes that others have run into this type of issue. This label has to follow the AIAG B-16 format for the Automotive industry.
