i have tested latest version 2026.1.6 and Print => Preview works now, but Print-Print the text does not render at all. you can check the mrt that i provided previously.

or should i wait for 2.26.2.1?

BTW the PDF export works well now with this version.

i see it renders in your side, but if you see the first font NotoNaskhArabic font is not applied.

Did you load the NotoNaskhArabic font to the StiFontCollection?

Yes I have added the NotoNaskhArabic (which is a variable font, from google downloaded) to the StiFontCollection.

Also see your screenshot above and the font is displayed but not applied like in the viewer.
