Rich Text field

Hello.
I have an .mrt report with components - Rich Text field. When I export to Microsoft word the rich text converts itself into an image(.png format) and can't edit content.
If I look at the HTML Preview tab in the designer there rich text is exported to an image as well.
Is there any way to get around this problem?
