Data Source, Variable, and Parameter Creation Buttons Disabled in Version 2026.2.3

When using version 2026.2.3, it was identified that the action buttons for creating new data sources, variables, and parameters are disabled, preventing the creation of these components.

Additionally, when attempting to right-click on a variable or data source to access the context menu, no action is performed, making it impossible to use this functionality.

Hello.

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue with our test sample.
Could you please clarify whether you are using permissions or restrictions to modify the dictionary or data source?

Dear,

This issue does not occur in version 2026.2.2 and can only be reproduced in version 2026.2.3.

As demonstrated in the attached video, it is not possible to open the screen for adding variables or data sources. The buttons responsible for these actions remain disabled, preventing the creation of new entries.

As a result, it is not possible to add variables, parameters, or data sources in the affected environment.

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue with our sample on the latest version 2026.2.4.
