Break in Crosstab- how to remove?

I'm trying to use a CrossTab to summarize a report (I used to have groups but new boss wants groups removed and have a table on the bottom of the report with the number of cartons grouped by department instead, something about the group making things harder to read instead of easier). Instead of having yet another query to do the summary I decided to use the Crosstab.

The crosstab would occasionally just show headers again after an arbitrary amount of lines. Is there any way I can change this behavior and make it show the header once?

Also can you make it so the header is not shown after the footer is shown? For example on the page after the footer is shown, the header is continued to be shown. Any way I can stop that?

Hi, kindly refer to the attached screenshot.

Firstly is header band. The footer band is already displayed on the previous page. Shouldn't the header band not show on this page since it's not related?

Secondly, if you look at the table matrix on the screenshot, there is a break between DS and ENG, and the header is repeated in the middle. Is there any way I can stop this behavior?
