Chart series hyperlinks not clickable unless Drill-down is enabled

Product / version: Stimulsoft Reports.JS 2026.1.3 (also reproduced on 2026.1.7, 2026.2.4 and 2026.3.4)

Description:
On a report chart (not a dashboard), a series with `HyperlinkDataColumn` set does not produce clickable elements in the viewer. The hyperlink values are populated correctly (`series.hyperlinks` holds the expected URLs after rendering), but they are never written to the chart output. So bars and slices are not clickable.

If we set `DrillDownEnabled = true` on the series, with no drill-down page or report, the hyperlinks work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached report (`DummyTestData`): a column chart and a pie chart, both using `HyperlinkDataColumn = Temp.Hyperlink`.
2. Preview it in the JS viewer.
3. Click a bar or pie slice. Nothing happens.
4. Set `DrillDownEnabled = true` on the series and preview again. Clicking now opens the URL.

Expected: Series hyperlinks work without enabling drill-down, as described in Charts → Series → Interaction in your user manual.

Probable cause: `StiSeriesCoreXF.getInteraction` returns `StiSeriesInteractionData` only when `interaction.drillDownEnabled` is true. Without it, `interactionhyperlink` is never written to the SVG `_interaction` attribute.
