Notice: Undefined variable: client_data in

When I run designerFx via web show this message on document header :

Notice: Undefined variable: client_data in C:\wamp\www\stimulsoft\index.php on line 14

And when i create a connection with database and push the test button it show error connection.

String Connection : Server=localhost;Database=bdforgest_obr;Uid=root;Pwd=;

How to fix this?
