how to change the menu interface

Hi I have a problem with the 2010.3 version, open the control reportes.net design and shows me the Ribbon menu GUI and I need to change the standard GUI but I get the option on the menu option, only I get the option to change Color ...

reviewing my work, if there is the 2009 version if you let me select the menu gui but not in 2010

ok sorry, I have version 2010.3 and shows me the Ribbon menu in my report designer but I need to switch to the standard version.

but in the options menu does not show me the option to select which type of menu I want to show.
