Text component

Post by remzik »

Hello
I am using the Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex 2011.1 demo. And I have few questions about Text component. Setting a rotation angle of the component doesn't work. Also "Can Break" property of the component doesn't work. Is that a restrictions of demo version or these abilities are not implemented yet?
It is very important for me to try these capabilities of Text component before buying the Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the rotation of a text component is not currently supported. To support Can Brake and other properties, please download the last prerelease build from our website:

Thank you.

I have tried Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex 2011.06.08 Trial. Unfortunately, Can Break property doesn't work there too.

Hello,

Can you please send us a sample report template with data, which reproduce the issue?

I attached two files. Report.mrt - Text component with selected Can Brack and Can Grow properties. Text doesn't fit into one page and Text component doesn't move a part of it's content to another page.
In the second file, Report2.mrt, the Text component from the first example is placed on a DataBand. When I press Preview tab the Stimulsoft Designer hang up.
