Where to start?

So I have the source files, but I don't know where are the Flex project files located.

I haven't found any FXP files, nor any documentation.

Were do I start?

The archive with the source code contains the following files:

ApiProvider_Flex\
ApiProvider_PHP\

DesignerFx_AIR\
DesignerFx_PHP\

Stimulsoft_Crypt\
Stimulsoft_Database\
Stimulsoft_DesignerFx\
Stimulsoft_DesignerFx_Images\
Stimulsoft_Preloader\
Stimulsoft_PropertyGrid\
Stimulsoft_Report\
Stimulsoft_ViewerFx\
ViewerFx_PHP\


You need to unzip them into a some folder (eg D:\Flex\) and import them into Flash Builder 4 or Flash Builder 4.5 as a folder with the projects.
