translations Dutch

Hi

I noticed that the in the properties window the tooltips are not translated ( I'm looking at the Dutch translations ). You need help on doing that?
Also ... the property "TitleBeforeHeader" should be translated as "Titel voor hoofding", not "Title voor hoofding".
