Key Data Column and Master Key Data Column cannot be set at web designer

I'm creating Hiearchical Band at web designer.
But I cannot set 'Key Data Column' and 'Master Key Data Column' at web designer.
Is it by design?
I'm testing 8/25/2011 build.

We have reproduced the error, the update will be available in the next prerelease build from September, 1.
