Show wait text when use StiReportResponse.ResponseAsPdf

Hi guys,

My scenario is: one button thats exports to PDF, when clicked i change text to "Processing..." when postback finished the button get original render, but when i use "ResponseAsPdf" to process report and export directly, the postback breaks and the page no render again. So, the button stays with text "Processing...".

We've added this task to our TO-DO list. Most likely will be implemented a pop-up message similar to the message when the page loads.
