rounded components
Hi!
I need to show components (text fields and panels) on the page with rounded borders. Using a rounded rectangle is not a good solution, because the text field fill color and the panel fill color (where the component is located) are different, so the edges are visible and increasing the line size of the rounded rectangle is not acceptable in my situation. The best solution would be placing a transparent component on a rounded rectangle which can be filled.
1. Is this possible, or can I modify/extend the rounded rectangle component to support the desired look?
2. Is there a future plan which adds support for rounded components?
Thank You for the answer.

Hello, Jozef.
Thank you.
You are right, now it is the best solution.jozefe wrote:The best solution would be placing a transparent component on a rounded rectangle which can be filled.
If this solution doesn't satisfy you we'll discuss adding this feature with our team-leader.jozefe wrote:1. Is this possible, or can I modify/extend the rounded rectangle component to support the desired look?

Thanks for the quick answer, I did solve it using shapes with rounded rectangle type. Is it possible to hide parts of the shape border? I would like to use it in a data band header and footer, but I do not wish to separate the data content from the header and the footer - visually - by the shape border line. Thank You.

What I need to accomplish is a data table with rounded edges. Shapes are fine in the header and footer but i do not want to display the horizontal line between the header and table content, and between table content and footer. Basically I need a fillable rounded rectangle where the displaying of the top or bottom side can be set to false.
