problem with subreport

hello all...
i'm facing a real problem that i couldn't figure out the cause of..
i have two tables to get data from, with parent, child relation
i put the parent fields i want in a "data band" and pick the child fields into a subreport
the subreport itself have header fields, and "data band" that contain the fields i want

this was the story...
now the problem was that when viewing the reports, some of the child fields disappeared
and this happens only when the parent fields placed in the last line of the page or first one

hope it's clear...
please.. any one can help?

thnx alot for replying me..
for the information you asked about... here are some of

• Product name and its version;
- actually i think it's an old version: stimulsoft reports .net , version 2008.1.129

• Detailed description of the problem and how to reproduce it or report template with data;
- the problem was produced every time i generate the report with several pages, the information of the child table disappears unexpectedly.
- i attached a shot for u, but i dn't know how much it will be helpfull, cause the data is in arabic language
but you can see how the data in the second page is not complete

• Your operational system (98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista or NT), its version and localization, installed service-packs;
- OS win 7 ultimate
• Version the of Microsoft .Net Framework package installed and its localization;
.net framework 3.5
• Name of your development framework and its version;
- microsoft visual studio .net 2008/ and i'm working over c#
maybe u will think that the records that disappered actually don't exists in db tables,
but i checked them and found every thing related to the data is ok

hello sir..
i don't know if i really understood what u want..
but a report tamplate is so hard to be send
all i can do is to attach a photo( and that what i did)
cause ther report data source is a dataset which take itself the data from bindingsource related to tables in oracle db
but if it helps i'll attach another snip of the report design...
the first one is for the report as a whole, and the other is the subreport
the parent information are the line that i colored with red the last attachment, and the child information are in the records bottom
and also i drow a rectangle around an example of the problem where there is only the line of the parent information without any details

i'm sorry if there was any missunderstandig...

i'll be very grateful for your help
