Pie Slice Colors

How do assign the colors of the Pie Slices. For example. I have a Pie Chart with 3 Arguments: Active, Complete, Other
I want Active to be Green, Complete to be blue, and Other to be Yellow.

I see the stand-alone designer has a Data-Conditions property to edit the Colors of a chart, but this does not seem to be enabled in the Web designer.
