Repeating Databand Size

I'm working on a project that involves a preprinted form, and I need to fill in the blanks with the Stimulsoft report writer. The databand needs to run 3 times on each page (it is a form with 3 records per page). The form is the 1099-INT form similar to the one at This Link

The form is sized so that the first and second time the databand runs on a page it needs to be about 3.5 inches high in order to make everything line up. The third time the databand runs on the page it needs to be shorter, closer to 2.9 inches otherwise it flows the last record to the next page.

Is there a way to control the size of a databand based on its position (1, 2 or 3) on the page? Or is there a way to pad space for the first and second times the databand runs on a page, but not the third time?

I've tried adjusting page margines (top and bottom) and still can't get all 3 passes of the databand to match the form. I can get one or two to match, but not all 3.
