ColumnHeaderBand not working

I can't seem to figure out how to make ColumnHeaderBand split like the DataBand does when you set the column count.

In the Stimulsoft_Report.Fx_Manual.En.pdf manual on page 483 is shows how to do this, but in the manual it had a picture of the ColumnHeaderBand already split into 3 columns like the DataBand is.
When I try and do my ColumnHeaderBand is only 1 column even though my DataBand right underneath it is set to 3 columns and shows the column breaks.

Any ideas?

I have AIR Designer
Version 2012.1.1204
Flash 11.1.102

Does not seem to be doing anything different.
There is no column parameter in ColumnHeaderBand like there is in a normal DataBand nor does the ColumnHeaderBand auto split if placed above a already split DataBand.

This feature doesn't available now. It will be in our next prerelease build 2012.1.1205 this week.
