We have added now static properties:

StiOptions.Designer.Panels.Dictionary.ShowEmptyBusinessObjectsCategory
StiOptions.Designer.Panels.Dictionary.ShowEmptyDataSourcesCategory
StiOptions.Designer.Panels.Dictionary.ShowEmptyVariablesCategory

They will be available in our next prerelease build this week.
