Margin or padding on DataBand

Hello,
Why DataBand has no margin or padding property? I want to be able to specify some whitespace between rendered DataBands even if content of the DataBand can grow...

Sorry, maybe we did not exactly understand your question. Could you explain your issue in more details?
Also please send your report or sample with test data which reproduces the issue for analysis.

example is attached... I need to have some possibility to specify whitespace between rows of DataBand (between orange texts)...

You could put empty text box lower Text1 box or add Child Band.
