How to make a full-page report?

Hello, I have a report that is an invoice with multiple lines, the problem is that if the bill has only 2 lines not the final part below, but half of the page.
I want the sum of the bill appears on the bottom of the page with blank lines.

Please, add the empty data band.

I have a problem, the invoice uses GroupFooterBand and empty lines appear below the GroupFooterBand.
I need to complete the bill with empty lines at the bottom and the groupFooterBand adding all the invoice lines.

I attached two sample reports. The first is using the pool and the second similar to the example you told me but the lines appear after the footerband.

I've solved the problem. The problem was the property "Print at botton" FooterBand control that was false and should be set to TRUE.
