Add: The export to the HTML format now supports ImageQuality and ImageResolution settings.

Upd: Some bugs with the EmptyValue property in the CrossTab component.

Upd: Some speed optimization of the rendering of the Rich Text component with transparent background.

Add: The Restrictions property is supported in the Client/Server version of the Silvellight Designer.

StiWebDesignerSLOptions.Dictionary.AllowModifyConnections.
Upd: Some improvements in the function parser.
