How to repeat detail sections?

I'm trying to produce a report that contains repeated detail sections.

Here is a sample of the original printed report. The section enclosed by the red outline is the detail section I want to repeat. It is the same as the top section of the report.

Second image is the template I'm working on to replicate the look of the printed report. I want to be able to repeat what's in the header band1 and data section. Please let me know how I can achieve this.

There is no easy way to do it. Please, send us your report template with data for analysis.
