Word Format Converter limitations? (opening Word 2007 document in Word 2003)

Hi all,

I know that you only support .docx (MS-Word 2007-2010) and .rtf (MS-Word 97-2010) export formats, but some exported documents (associated with complex reports) do not open properly using Word Format Converter (opening Word 2007 document in Word 2003).

¿Are there any limitations in this regard?

We did not test a Word Format Converter.
Can you please send us a more information and samples.
