LEGEND FORMAT CHART

Hi guys:
I have a problem changing the serie legend format to my chart. I need to show numbers in this format "1222.201,00" where "." is a thousand separator and "," is decimal separator. I attached an image for that. What do you suggest for that?

Please clarify which symbol is set in Regional Settings in "Digit grouping symbol"?
