Installer.exe does not work on Hungarian XP

I installed 2007.1, then copied over the latest 2007.2, and then run Bin\Installer.exe to "Install to GAC". The first item in the list got highlighted, then stopped doing the registration. "Create native image (Ngen)" seems to work, though.

Installer.exe use MS tool - gacutil.exe for installation to GAC. Not all computers have this tool. Place gacutil.exe to bin dirrectory where located installer.exe.

Vital: Bingo! .NET 2.0 Runtime does NOT install GACUtil.exe. Hmmm...

This file is provided only in .Net SDK.
