How to create Report with Highlight Condition

Hello!

I was just viewing a Flash demo called 'How to create Report with Highlight Condition' here

It uses 'Highlight condition' properties to handle the task, but there are no such property for
the Text component.
I am using 2007.3.21 build.

Has it been replaced or removed?
How can I accomplish this task?

You can use the Conditions property of the Text Component. This allows for multiple highlight conditions
