error to compile project with DELPHI 2006

:dumb: somebody help-me.

Hi, I'm a programmer from Brazil. We buy your tool, Stimul report, We want use it in .net 1.1 project created with delphi 2006; We know that your tool works well with any Visual Studio version, but, We buy it because DEMO VERSION of StimulReport can be used with delphi without problems. So, on the instalation of the product, by run "Stimulsoft Reports.Net 2007.3 for .Net 1.1.msi" we have an error like this "File or assemby name EnvDTE, or one of its dependencies, was not found.". So, when I try compile the project, I've a error message like a "[Pascal Fatal Error] F1026 File not found: ' Iºý.dll".
