Is it possible to set different border styles to each part of the border (Bottom, Top, Left, Right)?
What I want to have is a normal square box with a single line B,L & R but double line Top.

Unfortunately it is cannot be done in the current version of the Stimulsoft Reports.Net.
But you can do the following thing:
Place two contiguous text components one above another and set for the above component bottom margin with double line, as required.
