Designer Drop Downs and Multiple Monitors Not Working

Several (though strangely not all) drop down controls in the designer do not work correctly with multiple monitors. I have a two monitor set-up and if I have the designer on the right hand monitor and (this is just an example) drop down the list of styles in the style toolbar the drop down appears on the first (primary) monitor and not on the second where it should. I have not looked at all screens but here are some additional examples:

Color dropdown from the text color button on the formatting toolbar
Data Column drop down on the Data Column option on the summary page of the Text editor dialog screen
Field to sort by on the Sort page on the Data Setup for Data band

The last two are - I think - the came control.

I have had this problem myself and can help with some code if you wish to have it.

Please, show your code and we will test this issue on the two monitors. Additionally, inform us about your system(XP or Vista, 32bit of 64bit)

I'm not using any of my code to make this happen. I can just make it happen in the designer. I'm currently using Vista Ultimate 32.

As a brief update to this - I have reproduced the problem on XP pro too.
