Support for printing to Brother QL 500 label printer

Hi There
I am unable to print to a Brother QL-500 label printer
I have tried formaing the lable which is a simple 10cm by 5 cm in landscape or portrait
and rotating text by 90 deg but nothing works.
The printer always advances the "page" as if its printing an a4 page and the text is cut off
Do you support printing to these type of printers

Please inform us about settings of the Page.PaperSize property. Sometimes "Custom" settings is enough for correct printing with required result, sometimes size of the paper should be chosen directly. Usually changing of the paper size helps for printing on label printers. There are no universal way for all label printers. For printing we are using standard .Net facilities. Also please try to download the latest available drivers for this printer. Although sometimes it is not an easy way to find suitable conditions for printing on label printers, but in the most cases there is a way possible.
