Hello,

I wanted to look at my tickets with the new eSupport webpage. But, in my ticket list, there is nothing ! Where is my ticket (ID XMT-211359) :cry: ?

Please send your message again. What was the subject of the message? We haven't received such a ticket with this number. When did you send the e-mail message?

Please provide us with this information because it is crucial for us.

P.S. May be our provider applied a new e-mail filter without our permission? I am contacting them.

I sent the message again. The subject of the message was 'Hieroglyphics on EPSON EPL 5800 ADVANCED'.
The e-mail message was sent 2008/03/17 14:31 GMT.

I received the automatic response with Ticket ID: XMT-211359 the same day at 14:58 GMT.
