Page size problem

Hello support,
The Page size is not shown from Page Size dialogue of report preview window. I found this problem on vista as well as on xp machine (some times).
I can provide snapshot as well as report file (.mrt)

The Page size combo box is shown blank from Page Size dialogue of report preview window .
