What it makes to toolbar of the viewer to have captions in English and other machines to have captions in Portuguese?

Please use property GlobalizationFile of StiWebViewer. In this property specify path to localization file.
Localization files (br.xml for Portuguese) you can get at Program Files\Stimulsoft\StimulReport.Net\Bin\Localization
