How I make to print characters special?

Example: The word "RELAÇÃO" is printed thus: "RELAÃ?Ã?O"

We've checked printing of the word "RELAÇÃO". This word was printed exactly.
The font you are using for printing is to support unicode.
What printer and font type do you use for the printing report?
