Overlapping Panels

Post by lclements15 »

Is there any way panels can automatically adjust so they do not overlap?

I realise you can do this manually but I may not know the table size (and this may change) and it will take a lot of time to preview, change panel position, repeat etc..

Thanks!

Please, describe your problem more detailed.
What kind of overlapping are you talking about?

Thank you.

When I am in design mode I canmanually align panels/tables however when you go to 'preview' some of the tables will get bigger or display more things. In this case I am finding in preview mode the tables overlap and are therefore unreadable.

I know I can check this overlap in preview and manually change the position of the table however it takes a lot of time to flick between preview and design mode. Also these table sizes will change on a daily basis.

Is there anyway that the tables (which are in panels) will auto adjust/ align. I have tried the shiftmode option but this does not give any results.

Thanks!

Hello,

Can you please send us a sample report with test data which reproduces the issue for analysis.
