How can I make a "T" report


Databand1

Databand2 | Databand3

Is it possible Databand2 and Databand3 share the same rows?

You can use subreports. Place on databand1 two subreports. After then create on subreportpage1 Databand2, on subreportpage2 - Databand3.
Set MasterComponent of Databand2 and DataBand3 to DataBand1.
