Fixed size master-detail bands

Hello,

I have a task to create a print form with fixed sized master detail bands. Height and width of master band is fixed as well as the detail band should be kept in fixed size, since it is print form and TextBoxes, TextInCells etc. controls should be kept in fixed positions. I have detail band for each master row. If the detail band is bigger than expected box then the continuing rows should be printed in next page.

I've tried to simulate my print form in example report (attached).

I would like to see the name, surname, and age in all pages in same position. But if the country rows for person do not fit into subreport placed then continuing rows should be printed in next page.

Would much appreciate your support regarding this issue.
