Issues with Reel labels and ChildBands

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a report dealing with labels on reel paper.
I have many DataBands and ChildBands in this report.
My problem is that nothing is printed when I set the Page Height to 2cm (which is the real height of each label).
Here is a screenshot:

I know it's a size problem or something like this, because when I set the Page Height to 30cm, labels are well displayed.
Here is a screenshot with Page Height=30cm. You can see that everthing is displayed correctly, although I changed nothing but the page height.

I have set the UnlimitedHeight to true. I have tried to change many parameters linked to ChildBands such as "Keep Child Together", etc. but nothing works.
Can you please help me with that issue?

Hello.

At first you should set the Keep Child Together property of the tem_ph1_etiq2 Child band to false.
If it will not help, please. send us a sample data for your report template.

Hello.

You should set the Engine Version property of the report to the EngineV2.

Working perfectly, thanks a lot.
Could you please quickly explain the differences between EngineV1 and V2? Should I always use the V2 in all my reports?

Hello,

You need to set the EngineVersion property to V2, because version 1 is the old version and now we do not make fixes for it.
