I have three columns - number; date ; historical

30272594 15/07/2012 PROVISÃO

what is necessary? don't repeat the same value from line abore to number and date columns like that:

number date historical
30248904 25/06/2012 RESC. FUNC.
30272576 01/07/2012 COND.
PROV
30272594 15/07/2012 PC / DVD / HD
16/07/2012 FND FUNC RESC
PROVIDER
30548787 12/07/2012 RESC.

I'd search in the net, but didn't find out a solution.
